Sprib Me Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Sprib Me ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing spribme.com, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If at any point you do not agree with any provision set out in these Terms, you must stop using the Sprib Me platform immediately and contact support to close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of all Terms, including any updates made after your initial registration date.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Sprib Me.

To register and use Sprib Me, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Sprib Me does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, nominee accounts, and accounts operated by third parties on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Sprib Me platform for any reason.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have activated a self-exclusion or cooling-off period on your Sprib Me account.

Sprib Me reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the requested documents, Sprib Me may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on Sprib Me. Opening duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether using the same or different contact details — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify Sprib Me support immediately. Sprib Me accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to keep their credentials secure.

Sprib Me accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All supported payment methods — JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank-issued cards — are listed in the Deposit and Withdrawal section of the platform. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200.

All funds deposited into your Sprib Me account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts or cards belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of anti-money-laundering obligations.

Sprib Me does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees which are outside Sprib Me's control. Deposit processing times vary by method but are typically instant for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions.

Sprib Me reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of deposited funds as part of our compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in funds being held pending verification.

Withdrawals from your Sprib Me account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional processing steps.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission during normal operating hours. VIP Club members receive priority processing — Gold tier and above benefit from same-day or faster processing. Diamond tier members are eligible for instant withdrawals.

Sprib Me requires that the full wagering requirement attached to any active bonus be met before a withdrawal of bonus-related funds can be approved. Deposits made without claiming any bonus carry no wagering requirement and are available to withdraw at any time, subject to identity verification.

In the event of suspected fraud, self-exclusion breach, or pending verification, Sprib Me may place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing. You will be notified promptly if this occurs and advised of the steps required to resolve the hold.

Bonuses and promotional offers made available by Sprib Me are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion at the time the offer is made. In addition to those specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all Sprib Me bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, and device.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
• The VIP Club cashback credited to accounts carries no wagering requirement and is treated as real money from the moment it is credited.
• Sprib Me reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from any player found to be abusing the promotion system, including through the use of multiple accounts, artificial bet patterns, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play risk.
• If a player withdraws their deposit before satisfying the wagering requirement attached to a bonus, both the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Sprib Me may amend, pause, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonus funds already credited to player accounts before the date of change.

All sports bets and esports bets placed on Sprib Me are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market as published on the platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the following general betting rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Sprib Me does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is submitted. The odds displayed at the time of submission are the odds that will apply to that bet.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply as published in the platform betting rules. Where no specific rule applies, stakes will be refunded.
• Sprib Me reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear technical error resulted in incorrect odds being published — for example, odds of 1.01 being displayed for a genuinely contested market. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. VIP members may request higher limits through their account manager.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network and data feed availability. Sprib Me accepts no liability for the inability to place a live bet due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

All casino games available on Sprib Me — including Teen Patti, fishing games, and all live dealer products — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics operated by approved game providers. Game outcomes are independently verified to ensure fairness and cannot be influenced by the platform or by players.

Minimum and maximum stake limits for casino and live games are displayed within each game interface before play begins. By entering a game, you acknowledge and accept the applicable limits.

In the unlikely event of a software malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled based on the documented game state at the time of interruption, as recorded by the game server. In cases where this is not determinable, the stake for the affected round will be refunded.

Sprib Me reserves the right to restrict specific game titles, table limits, or game features for individual player accounts where there is reasonable basis to believe they are being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sprib Me. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and possible permanent ban with forfeiture of balance:

• Opening multiple accounts for any reason, including to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent a restriction.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hands in Teen Patti, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit promotions.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform without human control.
• Exploiting software errors or technical glitches — any such error must be reported to support immediately. Continued exploitation will be treated as fraud.
• Depositing funds from unauthorised payment sources, including stolen cards, accounts belonging to other persons, or funds derived from illegal activities.
• Bonus abuse, including systematic hedging strategies, using multiple accounts, or any pattern of play designed to lock in bonus value without genuine play risk.
• Harassment of other players or Sprib Me staff via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or any part of the platform beyond your own player account.

Sprib Me employs automated fraud detection and manual review processes. Players found to be in breach of this clause will have their accounts suspended pending investigation, and any winnings generated through prohibited activity will be forfeited.

Sprib Me reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of anti-fraud policies.
• Failure to provide required identity or payment verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of account sharing, multiple account operation, or identity misrepresentation.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms breach, Sprib Me may withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where a breach is confirmed and losses to the platform or other players have occurred as a result, the withheld balance may be forfeited.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account for any reason — including responsible gaming concerns — may do so at any time by contacting Sprib Me customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity confirmation.

Sprib Me is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players manage their activity. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated at any time from within the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on deposits. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of uninterrupted play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off period, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon request and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

Any unauthorised use of Sprib Me's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

Sprib Me provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sprib Me's liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

Sprib Me is not liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from use of the platform.
• Losses arising from connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party software on the player's side.
• The actions or omissions of third-party payment providers processing your deposits or withdrawals.
• Any losses arising from the player's failure to maintain secure login credentials.

Sprib Me reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where possible, sending a notification to the contact details registered to their account.

Continued use of the Sprib Me platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operation of the Sprib Me platform. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Sprib Me customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, the matter may be escalated to formal dispute resolution processes as applicable under the platform's operating jurisdiction. Sprib Me aims to respond to all formal complaints within five business days of receipt.

Any legal proceedings arising from disputes with Sprib Me must be brought in the jurisdiction under which the platform operates. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings against Sprib Me.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
